Trump and RFK Jr are advising pregnant women to not take the pain reliever because it might damage the fetus, or nursing mothers because it might react badly with vaccines.

I use advil only sparingly (one) for neck and back pain. Tylenol... rarely for really bad headaches and fever. If my headache is from beer drinking dehydration, I refuse to take any pills and just suffer and tough it out drinking lots of water (H2O)

Used to love Ibuprofen but my Cardiologist said I had to switch to Tylenol, less stroke risk, after my first heart attack.
