I didn't watch the video but did read the linked article. Their comment of "We aren’t taking a position on this but we want you to think about the potential impacts." is a bit disingenuous.

I noticed that too. I semi-listened to the video multi-tasking - somehow funding for education always seems to be
at the back of the bus.

But consider this, property taxes are going up as home assessments are climbing much faster than inflation, so most school districts should have increased funding without the new taxes.
