Driver swerves to hit motorcycle, "I don't care"
Re: Driver swerves to hit motorcycle, "I don't care"
If the motorcyclist had two brain cells to rub together to generate an intelligent thought he never would have been in that position in the first place.
These two drivers should just be known as "Dumb and Dumber", with "just as dumb" following on the second bike.

Maybe the motorcyclist crossed the double yellow, but swerving to intentionally hit him was idiotic -dmcdd wrote:If the motorcyclist had two brain cells to rub together to generate an intelligent thought he never would have been in that position in the first place.

the old man put himself in the position to "tell it to the judge".

"Maybe"? The rider was being an idiot, just like a bunch of the crotch rocket riding thrill seekers on the roads, looking for a good youtube "see how fast I can whizz past traffic" video. Crossing the double yellow was idiotic. And he took his girlfriend with him.cabinish wrote:Maybe the motorcyclist crossed the double yellow, but swerving to intentionally hit him was idiotic -dmcdd wrote:If the motorcyclist had two brain cells to rub together to generate an intelligent thought he never would have been in that position in the first place.

Like I said, dumb and dumber. The rider was dumb to pass, and the driver was dumb to swerve. Which one was dumber doesn't really matter at this point.

But it does matter, the cyclist committed a traffic violation. The old fart in the car will likely face felony charges and hopefully jail time.dmcdd wrote:"Maybe"? Arguing with a liberal is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how well you play chess, the pigeon just knocks over all the pieces, craps on the board, spews some unintelligible profanities, and struts around like he won."
