I'm not a Clinton fan, but why on earth would she pay him off when she may have lost the election over this last minute drama? Too little too late, he effected the election and nothing reverses that.

The lost reputation to all involved, including himself, the FBI, and the U.S. looking ridiculous in front of the world, is beyond repair.

Since Mr. Comey is so forthcoming on behalf of "transparency" perhaps he'd like to announce investigations
into Trump's wrong doings over the years, including his deleted emails and destroyed documents -

Because she really did the crimes. Comey giving her a pass should be worth a nice present. Or do you honestly believe she did nothing wrong? One of the Podesta e-mails questions supporting her candidacy because of her e-mail crimes.

Investigations are never really over. And no, Queen Bee Hillary wasn't cleared, they just reverted to the "no prosecution" stance. Everyone with a few brain cells knows how corrupt she is.

You can be a convicted murderer in prison and get released years later on new evidence.

All I can say is Comey is a boob. And if you vote for Hillary is into power and it's going to go really bad. I don't want to talk about anymore figure out what you want to do in your heart and vote. Trump has not done anything in office like Hillary has so I don't get what that's all about.

Don't take a picture of your vote I don't want you to go to jail.

As long as the outcome is no charges a hundred investigations won't be enough to satisfy republicans. Ever.

So much has been made of 33,000 dumped emails. Why did't the FBI just seize the hard drives and devices
to begin with to leave no room for controversy?

The dumped emails wouldn't be tolerated for any citizen in the real world. That said, if the case can't be won they don't prosecute. Do you think months or years of legal battles at tax payers expense of little "c's"
retroactively becoming big "C's" or Weiner's gross exhibitionism a worthy use of resources? For what outcome
that hours and hours of congressional testimony didn't secure? You assume there's enough there there to secure a conviction worthy of all those resources. Withholding evidence, interfering with a federal investigation seem no-brainers, but beyond that it's all conjecture. Comey disrupted her chances of winning -
I hardly call that a present.
Podesta's all over the map personally, was critical of her in Travelgate. He handled Bill's scandals, which doesn't set his moral compass too high.

Republicans give a full pass to Wikileaks for hacking and stealing personal information, also illegal, being in collusion with the Russians to effect a U.S. election, also illegal (and enemy of the U.S.), and by publishing emails violating the privacy of many more than Clinton. Your bar is set for whatever bring Clinton's head on a platter, not legal or illegal so let's don't pretend this isn't about the person versus the law. Otherwise you'd be upset over George W. war crimes. Or did that one get by you?

Despite the full heft of Wikileaks information dumps, you've got ONE Podesta email to wave around?
Nothing personal MR556 or similar Hillary haters, but where was your sense of conviction when Sanders got
shut out of the process? Where was our indignation en mass if so much hate exists for both candidates?
Some conspiracy theorist part of me suggests if 50% of us are at odds with the other 50% we'll pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. Ever notice how that keeps perpetuating?

Here's a worthy use of resources: GOP did't take Trump seriously enough, didn't properly vet him to get past "dangerous" in temperamant and lack of preparedness for office. Dems thwarted Sanders from his rightful course and outcomes we'll never know. They're both too inept and corrupt to hold the power they have in our democratic process or in narrowing our choices to the two candidates so many question. Is this the will of the people. Scrap them and start over.

Sounds like Cabinish is a Dem now. She has always leaned that way, just wish you would admit it.

I fully admit to being a conservative not as far as a true republican because I disagree with many of their social standings.

Speaking of that let me just state again. If anyone of you believe in god how the hell can you be okay with partial birth abortions? I was nearly aborted as a baby. If I was nothing then what am I now? So most of the complaints you have against Trump the Clintons and Bill have done. Come up with a new argument.

"Dangerous temperament" where have I heard that before? Oh yeah, NBC news and Hillary. And least do your own research. I just went into how the media is in the tank. Even yesterday, I did my own research instead of listening to the NYPost. They are not an investigative agency.

As far as the Wikileaks and Russians tie, that was disproven even though the DNC likes to keep repeating it. No ties to Russia were ever made and they were actually disproven. Assange even came out and said it was a government (US) insider and not Russia. I, personally, held my nose and voted for Hillary, but it made me sick to my stomach. I honestly think Trump would have been worse.
