I actually have some experience with them and this sociopath thing is really stupid. They truly are rare. Most of them are true criminals.

There's a difference between making independent decisions and going rogue. Comey alone is responsible
for making all this blow by blow public, with all its impacts on the election and image of the FBI. People
operate out of their own leanings, dysfunctions and beliefs all the time, it doesn't have to be a conscious decision to favor Trump to have the same effect.

Every resource should have been used to warrant review of the emails weeks ago. Why would the FBI with
all its powers and resources not have confiscated every device Weiner had access to months ago, given his
wife's position. Since when does the FBI have to wait for evidence to be presented to them, it's their job to
find it.


CNN reported that FBI officials learned of the emails weeks ago; it remains to be determined why their existence wasn't announced before Friday.

Obviously this couldn't have happened without the email scandal to begin with, but that's beside the point
of how it was handled from there. That's like saying a botched murder investigation wouldn't have happened
had there been no murder. Obama wants his appointment of Comey back, but neither Kerry, Biden, or
Obama want to influence the election more than has already occurred I would guess.

It looks like Comey, himself, was not told about the emails until Thursday of last week. Not sure why, but I've heard that nobody would even speak to him after his July refusal to recommend indictment. He had a stack of resignations on his desk and nobody speaking to him because they thought he bowed to pressure from Lynch. Might be why they never told him.

Vixie wrote central strands of the DNS code that makes the internet work. After studying the logs, he concluded, “The parties were communicating in a secretive fashion. The operative word is secretive. This is more akin to what criminal syndicates do if they are putting together a project.” Put differently, the logs suggested that Trump and Alfa had configured something like a digital hotline connecting the two entities, shutting out the rest of the world, and designed to obscure its own existence. Over the summer, the scientists observed the communications trail from a distance.

While the researchers went about their work, the conventional wisdom about Russian interference in the campaign began to shift. There were reports that the Trump campaign had ordered the Republican Party to rewrite its platform position on Ukraine, maneuvering the GOP toward a policy preferred by Russia, though the Trump campaign denied having a hand in the change. Then Trump announced in an interview with the New York Times his unwillingness to spring to the defense of NATO allies in the face of a Russian invasion. Trump even invited Russian hackers to go hunting for Clinton’s emails, then passed the comment off as a joke.

Rick Scott. The Trump campaign’s latest Federal Election Commission report shows that it is disputing nearly $767,000 that Fabrizio’s firm says it is still owed for polling.

Trump campaign officials declined to provide details about the reason the campaign has declined to pay the sum to Fabrizio Lee, the pollster’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based firm. “This is an administrative issue that we’re resolving internally,” said senior communications adviser Jason Miller. Fabrizio did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Fabrizio was an ally of former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who persuaded a skeptical Trump in the spring that he needed a professional pollster.
