SLEEPING IN SEPERATE BEDS!!!
Re: SLEEPING IN SEPERATE BEDS!!!
One guy I know cannot sleep without his wife. Downside? He spends a lot of time on the road for work. Exhausted when he gets home.

Is she a roommate or a wife? If I couldn't sniff the back of my wifes neck while she was sleeping, i'd commit suicide

Watching Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke in separate twin beds all those years was weird.

I agree. I was on chemo for two years and my wife made a lot of sacrifices to ensure I got as much sleep as possible.cabinish wrote:Watching Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke in separate twin beds all those years was weird.

Good to hear agreement from normal people. Post surgery and chemo for my wife was miserable. It would have been more so without proper rest.

Well you're a good man and having seen what my wife went through, I will always respect people who stick with their spouse through the hardest times. I didn't realize how hard she had it until after I got better and looed back on everything she did for me.Photo-fish wrote:Good to hear agreement from normal people. Arguing with a liberal is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how well you play chess, the pigeon just knocks over all the pieces, craps on the board, spews some unintelligible profanities, and struts around like he won."

I can't sleep in a bed or even lay down so bed with wife is out of the question. You're right though. It is starting to feel like roommates more than a marriage.

When my wife reaches over and touches me or merely grabs my forearm or shoulder and holds on in bedjohn wrote:I can't sleep in a bed or even lay down so bed with wife is out of the question. You're right though. It is starting to feel like roommates more than a marriage.

I think it's normal to be close to your wife, but I was raised in a loving home and my parents just celebrated their 65th anniversary..and they NEVER slept apart
To some extent we are all products of our environment and judging by your attitude I'm guessing that: Your mom ran away with the black circus and your dad raised you alone, and you never saw him be intimate with a woman?
huh? be honest now
I'm I right?
