Post Election Analysis: Lazy Republican Voters?

Post by Tarryall »

At the local levels, it just seems Democrats are more into attending city council events and school board meetings.
Republicans aren't as attracted to local politics so they let their children get influenced by the Far Left teachers. Encouraged to change sexes, scared to death about the environment, and getting left wing socialist ideas every week.
Meanwhile same thing at local board meetings. They quietly spend taxpayer dollars on stuff we don't need and can't afford.
So in 2024, after years of Shakes::: Democrat policies, Republicans have to wrestle back control.

Yeah check out Colorado HD16 -Colorado Springs House only 7 votes between candidates. 20,640 votes to 20,633

Not that it matters much for Colorado with the Dems in charge, but it shows how votes can matter in state/ local races.

It is changing but not fast enough. The Dems pushed their woke madness too hard and woke up the people on our side that didn't think their vote mattered and just didn't pay attention to politics. These sleepers mainly felt the cost of Democrat economic and energy policies. I've woken 3 people who I convinced to vote for the first time. WE don't have Hollywood, education, or the legacy media in our pocket, so we have to go person to person.

At least it sounds like no CO state leg super majority.

And a couple of legislators retired right after the election, more vacancy committee appointments... from the "save our democracy" crowd. I heard somewhere that 1/3 of our state leg is/were vacancy appointments. BS Don't run if you are just gonna retire!

California is still "curing" votes to make sure they get a couple more House seats.
