I never knew this! Flip the bell peppers over to check their gender. The ones with four bumps are female and those with three bumps are male. The female peppers are full of seeds, but sweeter and better for eating raw and the males are better for cooking.

We have a Federal Helium Reserve, it is a strategic reserve of the United States holding over a billion cubic meters of helium gas. The helium is stored at the Cliffside Storage Facility just outside of Amarillo Texas.

I guess we need it in case we run short of helium for our war time dirigibles.
