Black Cherries are supposed to help, I have a friend who swears by them. While there is no "cure" diet does help. Beer is one of the bad things.
You have to keep that Uric acid level below 5.9, even then stress on a joint can kick off an attack.

I used to love betting on golf on weekends, watching it on my deck Tv while sipping beer and grilling meat for the family..My entire life has changed. I can't do anything anymore...My wife says i'm getting tofu and brown rice for lunch..

Well I don't have that, I sleep like a log...And my foot is completely healed, I could play 36 holes right now, no problem. Thats 15,000 yards or 45,000 feet- and thats if you hit the ball perfectly straight.

Back in the day whenever I saw that someone had just got a haircut i'd always ask them if they got it at Fort Logan.. I don't normally laugh at my own jokes but that one never failed
