The average home price in my neighborhood is like 650k with a bunch of multi million dollar homes mixed in- This is a blue state and this is a neighborhood is mostly educated white professionals.. Its not nut country where you live- We hate Trump and we don't mind paying our fair share to be able to live and do business in this great (civilized) country. After two weeks you've still failed to name even one "extra rule and regulation"...

Douglas County looks pretty good, less of a nanny state and they run a surplus.

Douglas county is okay and close to me but really expensive and I want to live closer to the mountains.

Hey mister "reading comprehensions", go read my first post on the thread. Obviously nobody is talking about getting rid of all regulations, I said "overall regulatory sanity". Meaning having the correct amount of regulation.

It isn't something I put at #1 on the list, but I would always consider taxes and overall regulatory sanity. Meaning Portland and Seattle are definitely out of the running, especially the weather too.
