Sorry, stupid all inclusive slander aside, there is no metric in which the 3 branches are equal. Congress has the most power constitutionally, but the executive has usurped much of that power. They have checks and balances over each other but that does not make them equal.

Today he said he wants to get rid of habeas corpus.. I know you don't know what that is, but to put it simply: A writ of habeas corpus is used to bring a prisoner or other detainee (that's anybody) before the court to determine if the person's imprisonment or detention is lawful. Without that they can lock anybody in a cage for any reason forever
