Jennifer Edwards runs 14-Hands Ranch, a rescue and rehabilitation center for animals. Jefferson County Animal
Control investigated her concerns that her horse had possibly been shot and a pig poisoned.
Signs in the area indicate neighbors object to commercialization of her property, which she states she does not
intend to do.
